Our in-house capability
Our in-house development capabilities are second to none and mean we are agile and resilient. We have our own case management system and provide bespoke, streamlined integration with customer systems. We’re responsible for the first truly end-to-end digital MSK pathway and are proud of our roadmap for further digital innovation.
Our continued growth
Rehabilitation Ambassador
We’re proud to have James Cracknell OBE, renowned athlete, six-time world rowing champion and double Olympic Gold medallist as our Rehabilitation Ambassador.
James was involved in a serious road accident in 2010 which left him with a traumatic brain injury. As HCML Rehabilitation Ambassador, James champions rehabilitation capabilities and advocates the importance of case management from clinical experts.
He understands first-hand how case managers help guide clients, their families and work with other professionals to ensure they receive the most appropriate treatment at the right time and offer ongoing support.
