It also screens for additional physical and psychological symptoms to ensure clients receive appropriate support. Complete the assessment, review recommendations and access treatment within minutes. You can see detailed information about your clinic options, view and schedule appointments, access online physiotherapy exercises and contact an HCML Case Manager.

The platform guides you through a clinical assessment, defined and governed by our in-house Medical Director. Where self-help programmes are recommended, you get immediate access to a treatment exercise plan, which is then reviewed and adjusted, if necessary, by an HCML Case Manager. Clients recommended face-to-face physiotherapy can choose and book their physio on the platform from one of HCML’s 1,000 clinically governed clinics.
